After your doctor refers you to us, we review your medications by visiting you at your house or at the residential aged care aiming to simplify your medication regimen and identify any medication problems and report the recommendations back to your doctor who will discuss it with you. It is a FREE service funded by Medicare.
Our medication reviews are conducted by our highly qualified accredited pharmacists who have been working with the aged care sectors for many years. They are very thorough and have an attention to detail which is highly important when it comes to medications.
